Recently we have been working with the IT and telecoms department of a housing association with a wide variety of issues following the merger with another housing association. We were tasked with reducing costs and streamlining their current offering. We needed to offer a unified solution that would not only satisfy head office with budget targets but also meet the needs of their diverse clientele with their own unique requirements.
After completing a full audit of the technology involved, it was recommended that migrating to another tier one carrier would provide savings of up to 22% and also offered a software package that gave a total overview of current charges with their own unique cost management tool. This gives real time break down of calls and costs, and providing a complete customer care package with their own team of specialist account managers.
Both fixed lines and mobiles were migrated with integration into the existing IT infrastructure. Migration to the new supplier was completed on time, seamlessly and successfully.
